All guests must be over 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult

Strictly No Stag or Hen Parties

Groups of 5 people or more must telephone  028 7082 3572 prior to booking.

Groups of more than 2 people under the age of 21 years must telephone 028 7082 3572 prior to booking.

Groups found to be making multiple small bookings will be asked to leave, resulting in loss of payment in full. 

Family Room   (sleeps 2 adults +2 children under 16 years of age to qualify for family prices)

On commencement of booking, credit/debit card details must be submitted, and all cards will be pre-authorised to secure the booking. 

** N.B. Please ensure your credit/debit card does not hold an expiry date prior to date booked **

CANCELLATIONS: If cancelled less than 5 days before the date of your reservation, 100% of the total price will be charged.

NO SHOW POLICY: In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Photographic ID may be asked for when checking in at reception.
